Service Description
We provide Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) home therapy device hire service, to treat a diverse range of medical conditions. This is a 25-year-old technology from Germany that is unlike anything else on the market. It is used successfully by hospitals and private individuals in many European countries. It helps to speed up the recovery process and prevent circulatory diseases. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
User Responsibilities
Parental authorisation is required for clients under 18 years. For the therapy to be effective, users must use the device at least two times for 20 minutes each day with a 10-12 hour break between treatments, throughout every day during the rental period. The user must return all parts of the equipment in the same undamaged and clean condition in which they were received. The User is responsible for paying for any damaged or replaced parts. The rental equipment is delivered to and collected from the user’s home. You will be shown how to assemble and use the machine correctly. The therapy device must be collected and each part checked by us before collection.

Intellectual Property
All image, text and sound files as well as animations, videos, etc., and all other parts of this website are protected by copyright and may not be – whether as a whole or in parts – distributed, downloaded, amended, re-used, re-directed or otherwise used without prior express written authorisation. The files in the download area may only be used for private purposes.
Liability Limitations
Vaso home therapy and its staff will not be held responsible for any injury (including but not limited to; muscle pain, skin condition, bone, joint or nerve damage) inflicted on oneself/others or as a direct result of any treatment received at Vaso home therapy. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Contraindications
PEMF therapy is contraindicated for the following user groups:
― Individuals fitted with active medical implants (e.g., medication pumps, pacemakers)
― Recipients of organ transplants, allogeneic cell transplants, bone marrow or stem cell transplants in combination with immunosuppressive therapy
(intentional suppression of the immune system)
Effectiveness of the therapy
The effectiveness of the therapy depends on the user’s medical condition and proper use of the device as outlined in the “User Responsibilities” section. The therapy is considered ineffective if there is no improvement observed after 8 weeks of consistent use of physical vascular therapy as outlined in the “User Responsibilities” section.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to scheduled delivery of device. Where the scheduled delivery falls on a Sunday or Monday cancellation notice must be received by the preceding Friday or nearest working day. You may cancel by contacting on email vasohometherapy@gmail.com.
In the case of cancellation without notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to any reasonable financial loss incurred for the preparation and delivery of the device. Any refunds for online purchases will be subject to a reduction of 10% to cover administration and payment processing charges. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Amendments
Vaso home therapy reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
