How to Use the BEMER Therapy System Evo

Thank you for choosing the BEMER Therapy System Evo and for the confidence you have placed in us.
The system is designed as your daily companion—whether your goal is to maintain an active lifestyle, support recovery, or prevent illness.

1. Power on and charge

How to turn it on:

• On the top of the central unit (B.Box Evo) you will find the on/off button.
• Press and hold briefly: the device will turn on, approx. It starts in 30 seconds.
• If you only want to turn off the screen (for example, during a running treatment), a short press of the button is  enough – the treatment will continue to run but the screen will go black.
• Long press = complete shutdown. You will also hear a short chime.

Charge:

• After connecting the charging cable:
  • Green LED = the battery is charging.
  • White LED = the device is on, not charging.
• Charging is possible both on and off.

2. Connecting and selecting an applicator

What is an applicator? The applicator is the part of the therapeutic system that transmits the therapeutic signal to the human body.

Applicator types:

• For the whole body:
  • Body Evo (“grey mattress”)
  • B.Bed Evo (“white thin mattress”)
• For local (local) treatment:
  • Pad Evo (“scarf” – has four coils, each three times stronger than the mattress coils.)
  • Spot Evo (“disc” – with one, three times stronger than the mattress coils.) Connecting:
• On the right side of the central unit there are 2 magnetic connectors:
  • Top = A1 (Applicator 1) o Bottom = A2 (Applicator 2)
• 2 applicators can be used at the same time.

3. Start treatment – Example:

• You connect the Body Evo (gray, full body) to A1.
• You connect the Spot Evo to A2 (disc, local treatment).

Course of treatment:

• Turn on your device.
• The home menu will appear on the screen:
  • Blue: Intensity
  • Green: Programs
  • Purple: Sleep program
  • Orange: Light program, Beauty Pack Evo required*. It is the perfect tool for skin care and regeneration. LLLT, or low-level light therapy, stimulates cell function, reduces inflammation and pain, thus supporting healing and tissue regeneration.
• Select the A1 applicator (click on the “A1” button).
• Click the Blue “Intensity”
• Choose low intensity.
• In the lower right corner, you will see the Start button → launch it.
  • In the upper left corner, a green circle will appear at A1 → the first treatment is running.
• Then select the A2 applicator (click on the “A2” button at the bottom of the screen).
• Click on the Green “Programs” button, select P3.
• In the lower right corner, you will see the Start button → launch it.
  • In the upper left corner, the green circle will also appear at A2 → both treatments are active.

End of the program:

• The duration of the programs varies:
• Whole body treatment (e.g. Intensity 1) = 8 minutes o Local treatment (e.g. P3) = 20 minutes

A separate beep will be heard at the end of the treatments. Programs can be restarted or interrupted at any time. It is important to know that treatments shorter than 8 minutes are not effective enough, so it is always worth spending at least as much time on them.
