How to Use the BEMER Therapy System Evo

The system is designed as your daily companion—whether your goal is to maintain an active lifestyle, support recovery, or prevent illness.

Basic Therapy – Full Body (Grey Mattress)

• Use twice daily: once in the morning and once in the evening
• 8 minutes per session
• Keep sessions 10–12 hours apart
• Drink a glass of water before and after each session
• Follow a different program only if agreed with your certified medical device advisor

Local Therapy – Small Applicators (Pad, Spot, etc.)

• Can be used several times per day
• Always follow the agreed program and guidance of your medical device advisor

First Week of Use

• Stay in daily contact with your advisor (short call or text)
• Provide feedback so your program can be adjusted to your individual needs

Good to Know

• The effects last around 12 hours, making morning and evening sessions essential
• Extra sessions are optional and may speed up recovery
• Therapy is safe — you cannot overdose
• Family members and even pets (cats and dogs) can also benefit (stress relief, prevention, energy, performance)

Contraindications

Therapy should not be used by:

• Individuals with active medical implants (e.g. pacemakers, medication pumps)
• Recipients of organ, bone marrow, or stem cell transplants undergoing immunosuppressive therapy
